• Waivers: Required waivers can be filled out below. Please ensure that these are completed prior to your visit.
• Reservations: To guarantee your playtime, we highly recommend making a reservation.
• Walk-Ins: We welcome walk-in guests as space is available, but reservations are encouraged for the best experience.
• Playtime Duration: Each play session is for 2-hour time intervals.

• No Expiration: Your pass does not expire, giving you the freedom to use it at your convenience!

• Family Fun: This pass is eligible for use by members of the same household.
• Important Note: Please remember that there are no refunds, exchanges, or replacements for lost or stolen cards. Must be purchased in store.

• Family Inclusion: This membership covers the entire immediate family and allows for up to two children from the same family. An additional fee of $15 applies for each extra child.

• Reservations: Reservations are highly recommended to ensure your spot. Walk-ins may be accepted but are not guaranteed.
• Standard Policies: All standard reservation policies apply.
• Payment Terms: Membership fees are charged monthly. A two-week advance cancellation notice is required for cancellation, and please note that there are no partial refunds upon cancellation.
• Special Events: Participation in special events is NOT included in the membership cost; additional fees will apply for specific activities.
