LATTES & LITTLES — PARTY TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Party Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all birthday parties, private events, or group reservations (“Event”) held at Lattes & Littles LLC.

1. RESERVATION & PAYMENT

1.1 Deposit Requirement

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure the Event date and time.

1.2 Final Payment

All remaining balances must be paid no later than 7 days prior to the event.

1.3 Failure to Pay

Events with unpaid balances may be cancelled at the discretion of Lattes & Littles, and deposits will not be refunded.

2. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

2.1 Client Cancellation

Deposits are non-refundable. If Client cancels, deposits are forfeited.

2.2 Rescheduling

One complimentary reschedule is permitted if requested at least 14 days before the Event date, subject to availability.

2.3 Lattes & Littles Cancellation

If the Facility must cancel for emergency, safety, or operational reasons, Client may reschedule or receive a deposit credit.

3. PARTY DURATION & ACCESS

3.1 Event Length

Events run for the duration listed in the selected package. All guests must exit promptly at the scheduled end time.

3.2 Setup & Cleanup

Clients may arrive 30 minutes before their Event for setup.

3.3 Post-Event Cleanup Window

Clients must remove all personal décor and belongings within 15 minutes after the Event’s scheduled end time.

3.4 Early Arrival or Late Departure

Additional time may incur fees and is subject to availability.

4. GUEST COUNT

4.1 Included Guests

Each party package includes a set number of children as specified at booking. Additional children beyond the package allowance may incur a per-child fee.

4.2 Maximum Capacity

All Events must comply with the Facility’s safety capacity guidelines as posted or instructed by staff.

5. FOOD & DRINK POLICIES

5.1 Outside Food

Outside cakes, cupcakes, cookies, and pre-approved celebration desserts are permitted. No other outside food or drinks are allowed.

5.2 Allergens

Lattes & Littles is not a nut-free or allergen-free facility.

5.3 Café Purchases

All beverages and additional food must be purchased through the Lattes & Littles café.

6. DECORATIONS

Allowed

  • Balloons (No confetti)
  • Table décor
  • Banners or signs
  • Themed disposable tableware
  • Free standing arches/backdrops

Prohibited

  • Confetti or glitter
  • Damaging tape
  • Open flames
  • Piñatas
  • Fog/smoke/bubble machines

6.3 Damage

Client is responsible for any damage caused by décor setup or removal.

7. SUPERVISION & SAFETY

7.1 Adult Supervision Required

A supervising adult must remain with all children at all times.

7.2 Socks Policy

All adults and children entering the play area must wear socks.

7.3 Rules Compliance

All guests must follow staff instructions and posted play-space rules.

8. LIABILITY & WAIVERS

8.1 Required Waiver

Every adult and child attending the Event must have a completed Participation Waiver on file.

8.2 Responsibility

Client is responsible for ensuring all guests complete their waivers prior to the Event.

8.3 Damage Liability

Client agrees to be financially responsible for any damage caused by attendees.

9. MEDIA & PHOTOGRAPHY

9.1 Photography

Staff may take general Facility photos and videos for marketing or social media purposes.

9.2 Opt-Out

Clients wishing to opt out must notify staff in writing upon arrival.

10. CONDUCT

10.1 Appropriate Behavior

Unsafe or disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund.

10.2 Staff Authority

Staff may intervene in guest behavior to ensure safety.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.

12. ACCEPTANCE

By booking an Event at Lattes & Littles, Client acknowledges and agrees to these Party Terms & Conditions in full.
